only three lines in the water per boat.
Each spring giant tarpon
gather in Boca Grande pass, making it a mecca of inshore
fishing. Whether they are in the pass, up in Charlotte
Harbor, or out on the beach, these acrobatic brutes arrive in
hordes and are absolutely awesome.
These trips are geared
toward snook, redfish, and trout. We will comb the creeks,
mangroves, and flats in search of feeding fish. We use
mostly live bait but “pluggers” are always welcome.
Later in the summer, schools of tarpon will make their way
up the coast and are always formidable opponents, especially
on lighter tackle.
